Delivery is free to most UK mainland addresses and typically completed within 7–14 working days, depending on the product. If you need to return an item, you have 14 days from delivery to notify us. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Once received and inspected, a refund will be processed, less any applicable collection costs. Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return.
