Delivery of all Garden Furniture & Larger Items

Most of our complete patio sets include ‘Free’ UK Delivery. This is for ‘Most UK Mainland’ addresses. Some postcodes (Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight etc…) usually incur a Surcharge, in this case please call our sales line on 0208 366 0700 with your post code and they will check before you place an order.

Any Delivery times quoted on item pages are ‘estimated’ only and we Do Not Guarantee delivery within these times. We aim to deliver items as soon as possible & our standard delivery is normally ‘within 14 WORKING Days’, we do however treat every order separately and it may be much quicker! In the unlikely event that your delivery will take longer you will be contacted.

Most of Our Local (within 40 miles of EN9) deliveries are carried out by us in our own vehicles and you may qualify for an optional “white glove” assembly service for a small charge (please ask at point of order), deliveries outside this area are usually undertaken by a reputable transport company. Due to the size and weight of most complete patio sets delivery is ‘To Your Door’ (Kerb-side). Deliveries are normally on a ‘pallet’ to enable ‘cost effective’ delivery of larger items.

You WILL BE CONTACTED VIA TELEPHONE to arrange delivery of ’all complete patio sets’ at a suitable time. If you have not been contacted within 14 working days please contact us. We can not be held responsible for delays caused by any third party (Transport Company etc….)

Most Patio Sets will require ‘MINIMAL SELF ASSEMBLY’

Delivery of Our Aluminium Pergola Range & Accessories

Our Premium Pergola Range is delivered by our own specialist teams covering ‘most UK Mainland Postcodes’  We can NOT currently deliver Pergolas to Northern Ireland or Other ‘Off Sure’ Postcodes. Although delivery to Scotland is possible there will be a small surcharge and lead times will be longer due to distance.

We treat every order separately and endeavor to deliver as fast as possible (3-4 weeks for ‘in stock pergolas).

Privacy Screens, Louvred Walls & Other Pergola Accessories CAN NOT be delivered separately, so please consider any additional accessories before your Pergola is delivered.

Delivery of Smaller Items

Most of our ‘smaller’ items (chairs, furniture covers, single items etc….) are shipped via a ‘reputable’ parcel courier. For this type of item YOU WILL NOT NORMALLY BE CONTACTED to arrange delivery. If you are not in when the ’courier’ attempts delivery they will usually leave a card for you to contact them to re-arrange delivery. If you have not heard anything within 14 WORKING DAYS of placing your order please contact us and we will gladly investigate.

In The Unlikely Event of your item arriving DAMAGED you must inform us within 48 Hours of Delivery.



Below Only Applies to Northern and Southern Ireland Deliveries:

Pergola’s can NOT currently be delivered to Northern/Southern Ireland.

From 1st January 2021 Delivery of Our Rattan Garden Furniture Products to Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland has become more difficult due to Brexit and New Border Controls.

Many of our competitors have decided that shipping this type of Rattan Garden Furniture has become too costly and no longer worth their while.

We at Crownhill Garden Furniture have enjoyed a Loyal Customer base from Northern Ireland and Southern Ireland and have put in place measures to ensure that we can safely and cost effectively continue to supply to our customer base.

We have been granted the relevant EORI numbers to continue to ship our Garden Furniture, however the process now takes a little longer than before and a small surcharge will apply depending on your postcode and the item you require.

How Shipping to Ireland Now Works

Once your item is in stock and palleted for dispatch we will submit the relevant forms for customs clearance, once clearance is granted we arrange collection with the shipper from our warehouse, apon arrival at your local depot you will be contacted to arrange delivery to your address.

  • Relay to the Sales Advisor the item(s) and your post code
  • Your Sales advisor will quote you any surcharge which may apply and quote delivery time
  • PLEASE NOTE : In Stock Items will take approx 2-3 weeks to deliver due to new legislation
