Cancelling an order
You may, if you wish, cancel an order on any all weather garden furniture, any time prior to delivery. If this is the case (even if you simply change your mind) we advise that you contact us first to check the status of your order. If your order has already left our warehouse, we reserve the right to charge any transportation fees which may have incurred at this stage, these would be deducted from any refund.
Returning an item once delivered
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your garden furniture product, or you simply do not want it you may return it to us ‘Within 14 days of delivery’ at your cost & by prior arrangement with us.
Any item returned to us must be in the condition it arrived & placed correctly in all its original packaging. We reserve the right to deduct our original transportation costs from any refunded amount.
Once we have received & checked the item we will ‘Refund’ the cost of the item (less any transportation or re-stock fees). We reserve the right to charge a re-stock fee to cover us unpacking, checking, cleaning and re-packaging an item if needed to enable the item to be re-sold of up to 25% of the item value (this is highly unlikely as long as you abide by our other return policy terms)
Our Pergola Range
You must ensure that you measure correctly for this product (precise dimensions are noted on each individual pergola listing) and also ensure you have access through to the desired destination for these items. Once delivery of these items is attempted there are large costs incurred by us which you will be responsible for should your measurements not be correct.
Once a pergola is unpacked, assembled and installed this item cannot be returned, as this is an outdoor structure which will have been assembled and fitted to your individual specification and cannot be sold to another customer with different requirements.
Please inspect all parts for signs of damage/faults before you attempt assembly, as a Pergola can not be returned once assembled, but parts can be replaced prior to assembly – if you proceed to fit screens, walls etc… to your pergola this deems the pergola as ‘customised to your needs’ and cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Damaged or faulty items
In the unlikely event of any item arriving ‘Damaged or Faulty’ we will of course replace or repair any faulty part of the item ‘Free of Charge & within a reasonable time’.
If any item arrives Damaged or Faulty please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may require photographic evidence to assist with replacing parts etc…..
If we cannot replace or repair any item we will of course offer an alternative or refund.
